The lobby at this property is warm and welcoming, with a large outdoor patio filled with plants and colorful seating, rich brown tiles, and a small stage for entertainment. Inside, wide archways define the space, and the large reception desk is easy to find. More seating is available, as well as tour and local information, a piano, a book-lending library, and the lobby bar. Windows and doors let in plenty of natural light, and guests have easy access to the patio and gardens, pool, restaurant, and guest rooms.

Located right on the water next to a large marina, the hotel has beautiful views of the coast and is a short walk to the hotel's private beach, and to long stretches of the public beach. The property is set apart from the rest of the town and feels quiet and remote, but guests who like to walk will find plenty to do. The small fishing village of San Marco includes several restaurants and shops, and guests can take the bus or drive to Santa Maria di Castebellate for additional dining, shopping, and entertainment. While the property is set apart from most of the attractions in town, noise from the nearby marina and a small local theater can reach rooms on the lower floors.

Every room at the Hotel Residence L’Approdo includes a patio or balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the coastline, taking full advantage of the hotel’s great location on the water.
