Gray-granite floors with black accents are framed by exposed brick and stone walls and yellow balconies. The atrium lobby has a large skylight that allows the tropical plants to flourish. Brown-leather sofas and armchairs sit atop a bright-green-and-yellow rug in the center of the space.
