Interiors are stylish, decked out with contemporary decor that's polished and a touch swanky, yet with hip elements dotted throughout. Once past the entrance, where two illuminated reception desks sit across from the lobby bar, the bright and airy lobby impresses with its tasteful color palette of sea blues and greens paired with wooden paneling. An atrium ceiling fills the space with natural light. The hotel's dining spaces are equally inviting and warmly illuminated, with stylish contemporary decor and a pleasant ambience that invites lingering. Guests are a mix of leisure tourists exploring the city and business travelers utilizing the extensive conference facilities.

The hotel is situated in the Mitte District on a street lined with a couple of other hotels as well as some restaurants and cafes. There's a metro station just down the street (a two-minute walk away), which makes navigating around the city easy, plus there are several tram lines and busses within a three-minute walk of the property. The Museum für Naturkunde is a six-minute walk away, while the Berlin Wall Memorial can be reached in 11 minutes on foot. Most other top tourist sites and attractions are easily accessible via public transportation, including Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag Building, and the Pergamonmuseum, all of which can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Berlin's Tegel Airport is about a 20-minute drive away, or around a half-hour by public transit. Schönefeld Airport is about a 35-minute drive or 50 minutes by public transportation.

Rooms feature tasteful contemporary decor, that despite feeling a bit chainlike, is upscale and inviting. The gray and white color scheme is accented by hints of yellow in the form of bed throws, comfy armchairs, lamps, and pillows. Furniture is sleek and wooden, and most room categories also feature some wooden wall paneling for a cozy effect. Suites add living rooms. Standard amenities include flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, mini-fridges, electronic safes, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are a bit small, but modern and attractive. They're equipped with walk-in rainfall showers (shower/tub combos in the suites), magnifying mirrors, wall-mounted hairdryers, and toiletries.

One of the highlights here is the hotel's excellent spa and fitness facilities that occupy two floors of the property. The extensive spa is composed of several beautiful spaces, including chic relaxation areas, attractive treatment rooms, a hammam, and sauna and steam rooms. It also includes an attractive indoor pool that's illuminated by a skylight and surrounded by loungers and comfortable padded seating. The large and impressive fitness center (1000 square meters/10764 square feet) is well equipped with modern Technogym cardio- and strength-training machines, weights, and exercise balls. Note that use of spa and fitness facilities incurs fees, though some rates include access to one or both of the facilities.

A buffet breakfast is served daily in an inviting dining space. Breakfast incurs an extra fee, but can be included in rates, plus half-board rates are also available.
