Bottom Line

The Eurobuilding Hotel Boutique is a 58-room hotel on the Avenue 9 de Julio. Communal areas have a clean, contemporary feel and stylish rooms feature light carpeting, dark wood furnishings, and burgundy accents. Stand-out amenities include adjustable beds, spacious work desks, flat-screen TVs, and separate soaking tubs and walk-in showers. This hotel offers great perks such as a free daily breakfast buffet of hot and cold items, free W-Fi, and an appealing rooftop pool and terrace with great city views. There is also a restaurant and bar near the lobby, and room service is offered until late evening hours.

Oyster Hotel Review

Near government buildings in a slightly dicey area south of Microcentro

Map of Eurobuilding Hotel Boutique Buenos Aires

The Montserrat neighborhood in Buenos Aires is situated on the east side of Congreso, an area featuring some of the more important government buildings including City Hall, Casa Rosada, and the Ministry of Defense. Because of this, the hotel does attract a lot of business travelers. Leisure travelers may appreciate the theaters, restaurants, and bars within walking distance to the hotel in the San Telmo neighborhood, however. But both Congreso and San Telmo can be gritty in spots, and particularly dicey at night; this might not be the best area for visitors unfamiliar with the city.

  • 34-minute drive to Ministro Pistarini International Airport
  • 3-minute drive or 14-minute to Teatro Colon Theatre
  • 4-minute drive or 16-minute walk to La Casa Rosada (The Pink House)
  • 12-minute drive or 59-minute walk to Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA)
  • 12-minute drive or 39-minute walk to Cementerio de la Recoleta
  • 17-minute drive to Palermo (for restaurants and shops)
