Scene
Clean, tidy airport hotel with dull decor and little character
Part of the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), the
Staybridge Suites are housed in a new, six-story brick building. It looks sterile from the street, but once inside there's a welcoming reception area
with a large dry-stacked stone fireplace. On the opposite side of the fireplace, there's a breakfast lounge with several sets of cushioned hard-back
chairs, a vaulted ceiling, and a wall-size window. The hotel is popular with transit guests needing to be close to the nearby airport as well as longer-term business travelers who are attracted by the fully furnished service apartment-style suites.
Location
Just off of Interstate 70, near the airport and other hotels
The Staybridge Suites are located off of Tower Road, in the
cluster of hotels closest to Denver International Airport, a five-minute shuttle ride away. The area has a couple of restaurants within a 10-minute
walk, namely Italian Dicicco and and a Village Inn.
Downtown Denver is about a 30- to 45-minute drive from the hotel.

There are 147 rooms at Staybridge, ranging from Standard Rooms to
Two-Bedroom Suites with three beds. All of the rooms are similarly furnished and
decorated with a few framed landscape prints on the walls. All come with satellite TVs with
DVD players, desks, and kitchenettes complete with
full-size refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, toasters, and all the necessary
pots, pans, and dishes. There is plenty of space, and some rooms have small sofas and a couple of coffee tables. The bathrooms are also quite large, with beige tile and countertops and shower/tub combos with simple white
curtains.

There is no bar or restaurant at Staybridge, but there is a
free buffet breakfast with hot and cold options, and a waffle maker. There's also a large and bright indoor pool area and a small fitness center equipped with a handful of digital treadmills and stationary bikes. The property offers small but well-equipped conference rooms and there's a business center that resembles a small office, with a set of computers and lounge area. Wi-Fi and parking are both free and there's a small shop that sells sundries as well as a coin-operated laundry room. A free shuttle takes guests to and from the airport day and night.
