The Gazebo Inn is easy to miss, as its much smaller than the hotels on either side of it. It's located in a quieter part of town on the southern end of Myrtle Beach. The airport, mini-golf, and Family Kingdom, a water and amusement park are all a five-minute drive away. There are nearly 100 golf courses in the area, some only 15 minutes away. It takes about 35 minutes get to the floating casino.

Simple and clean, if a bit old-fashioned
Rooms are simple and clean with old-fashioned patterned bedspreads, sturdy white-washed knotty pine furniture, and old-school tube TVs. Bathrooms are cheery and in good condition. A microwave, coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and a small table with two chairs are tucked into each room, making it easy to prepare and eat breakfast or lunch. Oceanfront rooms have balconies thoughtfully furnished with rocking chairs, a good place to enjoy morning coffee. Efficiencies come fully equipped with full-size refrigerators, stoves, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Rooms are nonsmoking, but smoking is allowed on the balconies.
