Cervin Plaza, its ground floor occupied by a Christy Sports outdoor wear and
equipment store and rental. The building is light-brown vinyl siding with handsome stone accents, and feels well-suited to its rustic, woodsy surrounds. Situated in Silver Lake Village, which has upscale shops and restaurants, the property can feel either bustling or a bit quiet, depending on the season. In the winter, the village area is busy during the day, with
skiers constantly walking across the plaza from the bus to the chairlift. While there
are hikers and bikers accessing the mountain in the summer, the area is
busiest and most energized during ski season. There's no real public area for guests of the rental units, though on the ground floor there's a small reception office with dark wood and leather furnishings, earthy landscape paintings, and decorative pottery. The star of the property is the landscape itself, often snow-capped and sunny, and dotted with evergreens and colorfully clad skiers -- many of whom are traveling with their families or groups of friends.

area outside the village is dotted with high-end hotels and restaurants, as well as movie theaters. The free shuttle to and from town stops outside
regularly. It’s about 10 minutes' drive to Park City Main Street or Park
City Mountain, and 15 minutes to Canyons Resort. Salt Lake City Airport is about 45 to 50 minutes away by car.

Master bathrooms are enormous with dual sinks, large stand-up showers with attractive earth-colored tile, and separate jetted tubs. Living rooms areas have modern TVs, while bedrooms have thick, high-quality bed coverings. Units have ceiling fans rather than air-conditioning. All units have free Wi-Fi and washer/dryer units, and most have views of the ski slopes.
