Tucked away on a quiet street, 10 minutes from the restaurants, shops and sports facilities of downtown Phoenix

The immediate area around the hotel has a mix of residential and business buildings, but few restaurants or shops. Don't expect a bustling atmosphere -- nighttime brings a ghost-town feel to this block. It's a short drive, or ride on the city's light rail system, to downtown attractions such as the Phoenix Art Museum, US Airways Arena, and nightclubs. Shuttle service is not offered.- 10-minute walk to a Central Avenue stop on the Phoenix Light Rail System
