The unassuming lobby has retained its original classic molding on off-white walls, high ceilings, and a few contemporary features like a frosted glass plate with the property’s name. A second-floor gallery houses modern wall art. Otherwise the common space is fairly simple and reminiscent of a residential building’s foyer. The Athens Atrium is located a bit more than two miles southwest of the Acropolis in the quiet Syngrou area. Both the Agios Sostis bus stop and Aegeou tram stop are within walking distance of the property. The nearest metro station is Syngrou-Fix, around a 20-minute walk or a five-minute taxi ride away. And for those who seek sand and sea, the beautiful Astir Beach is 25 minutes south by car. Piraeus Port is a 15-minute drive west from the hotel while Athens International Airport is 35 minutes southeast.
