Location

In Microcentro, Buenos Aires' bustling tourist center

Monarca Hoteles is located in Microcentro, the heart of downtown Buenos Aires, near Buenos Aires' financial district, San Nicolas, and the busy shopping and residential district of Retiro. It's within walking distance of popular tourist sights, but it's not a center for nightlife. There's so much to see and do in Microcentro that some visitors never leave this area when visiting Buenos Aires. It is the core of downtown, with wonderful shopping areas such as Calle Florida, tourist attractions such as Colon Theater and the iconic Obelisk, entertainment venues, an interesting dining scene, and a wide array of hotels. It is also one of the few areas in Buenos Aires that is well connected via subway to the rest of the city.- 29-minute drive to Santiago International Airport (Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez)
