Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa
Family-friendly hotel with impressive amenities and activities on-site
The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is a three-building hotel with a focus on the outdoors. The resort evokes an upscale Southern atmosphere with large natural limestone exteriors and interiors and tasteful furnishings both inside and out, and the lobby, with its mix both the rustic and modern, has giant fireplaces, plush seating, and high two-story ceilings that give it a charming and inviting atmosphere. The Hyatt attracts plenty of families with its kid-friendly amenities, but both couples and business travelers are also kept in mind, as the hotel has numerous function spaces and a romantic spa.
On the banks of the Colorado River and minutes from downtown Austin
The Hyatt is located right on the south end of the Colorado River and offers guests 1700 acres of outdoor space to explore. Sitting on 405 acres and adjacent to the 1,100-acre McKinney Roughs Nature Park, there is plenty within easy reach. The resort is also a short drive to both the beautiful Bastrop State Park and the sprawling metropolis of Austin, which is full of restaurants, shopping, and activities. The Austin-Bergstrom International is a 25-minute drive from the hotel.
Spacious rooms with modern furnishings and Southern charm
The 491 guest rooms vary in size from standard one-bedroom rooms with no terrace, to a two-bedroom cottage suite located on the grounds. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, cable, mini-fridges, and coffeemakers. Rooms are modern with new furnishings that have a contemporary flair with a hint of Southern accents; picture warm wood bed frames and an overall neutral color palette. The bathrooms follow suit on the design front with dark granite countertops, ample sink space, and gray slate tile floors.
