Bellettini Hotel

The Bellettini Hotel, run by the family of the same name, may have been around since 1956, but it’s all modern; the bright, airy lobby is full of beige leather seating and chic lighting. The outdoor spaces are well-maintained, including the outdoor terrace with several wooden tables and garden containing wicker pod chairs. The hotel manages to provide a cozy, homey atmosphere, especially in the Breakfast Room that’s adorned with large black-and-white photos and paper flowers hanging from the ceiling.

Due to the many children-oriented amenities and activities, families often occupy the swimming pool and private beach area. It's a fun and friendly atmosphere, particularly when hotel staff organizes happenings like art workshops, games, and storytelling.

The Bellettini Hotel is ideally situated along the sandy beach with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The town of Cervia is a popular tourist and resort spot, and it's well-located for traveling to surrounding tourist areas in Italy. The town center is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the hotel, and there guests can find ample restaurants and shops.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from the Rimini-Bologna-Forli airport, as well as to the train station in Cervia. San Marino is about an hour's drive away, and Venice is about two and a half hours from the hotel.

Rooms are all spacious and bright, and some have been more recently renovated than others. The lower-tier options, like the Classic Room, feature colorful linens and bright floral prints; the bathrooms have colorful tiling and modern fixtures, but the walk-in showers are tiny. The Deluxe Rooms have more modern furniture, are decorated in neutral tones, and have newer bathrooms, but the showers are still small. While all rooms have balconies, they range in size and quality of views; the Erica Suite has a huge wooden terrace and a private hot tub overlooking the sea.

All rooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs, comfy beds, and minibars. They're also soundproofed so outside noise is nearly non-existent. Cribs, cots, and changing tables can be requested.

Guests coming to the Bellettini Hotel for the sea access will not be disappointed; the hotel offers guests a direct path to the private beach area, where umbrellas and sun loungers can be used (but they're only free for guests that have purchased full board). A large swimming pool sits on a pretty wooden deck with ample sun chairs and shading, but expect lots of splashing kids. The hotel arranges activities to occupy kids, including magicians and games.

The hotel's spa, Spazio Benessere, is a modern and tranquil area containing a sauna, whirlpool, and treatment rooms. The on-site dining options include the fine-dining Il Gourmet Restaurant, which is set in a bright, open space with beige leather chairs and white table cloths. The Le Maree Bar is a small, eclectic area that features a piano where live-music is played. The Breakfast Room, where the buffet is served, is a cozy area with brown plastic chairs and large black-and-white photographs along the walls.

Free outdoor parking is available, but if spaces are full, guests must pay a daily fee to use the garage. There is no fitness center.
