The decor throughout is Victorian -- antique plush patterned chairs are clustered around a fireplace with a wooden mantle in the lobby, while maroon carpeting permeates throughout. Some of the decor appears dated, however, such as the faded salmon-colored carpet in the breakfast room and bar as well as some furnishings and armchairs found throughout the property. Most guests are couples who can be seen congregating in the breakfast room, though families and friends on vacation stay here on occasion as well.
