Park Regis Singapore is set in a seven-story building with large windows surrounded by commercial buildings. The lobby has a chain hotel feel to it, with low ceilings that make the space look dark despite its many windows. Guests are received at a long marble sit-down reception counter, and a few contemporary-style armchairs in powder blue are arranged in seating areas. Apart from a few flower arrangements, there's not much in terms of decor. This hotel is popular with business travelers, but it also gets a fair share of leisure travelers -- mostly couples.

Park Regis Singapore is located within walking distance of the Clarke Quay neighborhood, which is known for its many bars, cafes, restaurants, and nightclubs. There's a metro station a few minutes' walk away, and most tourist attractions and corporate centers are easily accessible from here.

The guest rooms at Park Regis Singapore are decorated in a simple and modern, but understated, style. The beige patterned carpeting matches with the beige curtains and cream walls, while lime-green bed runners and pillows add a complementary splash of color, and abstract art work provides decorative accents. All have large windows and get lots of natural light. Standard amenities include 42-inch flat-screen TVs, minibars, electric kettles, and safes.

The bathrooms are made up of separate areas, with vessel sinks separated from the bedrooms with mirrored partitions. Walk-in rainfall showers and toilets have separate doors and are separated by frosted-glass partitions between them. Bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and toiletries are provided.

Most rooms are a bit cramped, with only 215 square feet of floor space, small by Singapore standards. Most rooms have cozy window seats facing the swimming pool. Quay Rooms are located on the pool level and have their own private patios with deck chairs and tables, with direct access to the pool area. The Regis Rooms are the largest, measuring 355 square feet, and come with extras such as Nespresso machines, and patios with 180-degree views of the city skyline.

Park Regis Singapore offers a host of notable on-site features, including two restaurants with room service. A buffet breakfast is also served here for a fee, but it doesn't get great reviews, and several guests have complained that the space can get crowded.

The hotel's lengthy outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by trees and greenery, and is ideal for swimming laps. Sleek woven loungers surround the pool, including some partially submerged on a shallow tier of the pool. Open throughout the day, the fitness center has large windows that let in lots of natural light. It's well equipped with several cardio and strength training machines, as well as weights.

A 24-hour business center has one work station that offers printing, scanning, photocopying, and fax services. The hotel's meeting room can accommodate up to 40 guests and is equipped with audiovisual equipment. Other services include a laundry room with two coin-operated washers and dryers available 24 hours a day. There's also a small library, and both hotel-wide Wi-Fi and parking are included in room rates.
