Bottom Line

Directly across from the beach and right next to the hipper W Fort Lauderdale, the Hilton is a large, 374-room hotel that's busy, clean, and comfortable, if somewhat predictable. Guests will find a big pool deck overlooking the ocean (though an outdoor pool bar is conspicuously absent), an adjacent restaurant with outdoor seating, a fitness center, a spa (including some outdoor massage huts), and a cafe on the ground floor (but this is the extent of the hotel's offerings, save for some meeting rooms). It's more affordable than many of its neighbors, but beware that the smallest rooms may not have balconies or even windows that open.

The Fort Lauderdale Beach is just across the street and Bonnet Gardens, home to beautiful flora and fauna, as well as a museum, is just blocks away.

  • Across the street from the beach
  • 15-minute walk to Bonnet Gardens
  • 3-minute drive to Las Olas Boulevard, a strip of restaurants, bars, and clubs
