The Four Seasons in Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto reflects the legendary service and commitment to quality of this luxury brand. Upscale touches are everywhere, from the beautifully manicured grounds to the sleek wood-paneled lobby to the spacious rooftop pool with free sunscreen. Rooms are bright and modern with floor-to-ceiling windows, and offer marble bathrooms, deep soaking tubs, and flat-screen TVs. Everything from the spa to the pool is top-notch, but spa treatments are expensive and there is a daily fee for Wi-Fi, making some feel nickel-and-dimed. The hotel is located right off the freeway, and while rooms are well-insulated to shield the noise, some still have unappealing freeway views.
In East Palo Alto on University Ave, lined with restaurants and shops
Palo Alto is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, overlooking the southern part of the San Francisco Bay, and right off Highway 101. It is a laid-back town, home to world-famous Stanford University. The hotel is on University Avenue -- the street that Downtown is centered around -- and where numerous restaurants and shops are found.
