resorts known for their plush amenities and high price tags, but the All Seasons
Resort bucks the location's trend. It is set in an unglamorous residential
neighborhood dotted with tall palm trees and sandy circular drives. The single-story
ranch style homes are painted muted Caribbean colors -- sunny yellow, aqua blue,
and lime green -- with driveways in the back and terraces in the front. Guests of the hotel, mostly families and extended families
traveling together, choose the resort for its budget prices and its large cottage-style rooms with separate bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens,
allowing them to stock their refrigerators and dine in. Close by, accessible by
walking or a free shuttle ride, are a variety of shops and restaurants, including the oceanfront
Beach House, which offers hotel guests discounts on meals and beach access.The hub of the resort is its swimming pool, a small oval
with a walled off kiddy pool, surrounded by a concrete terrace and a long row
of green lounge chairs. Although the pool lacks umbrellas and other means of

The 48 suites at All Seasons Resort Europa are
set in ranch style, one-story buildings encircling the pool and scattered along
the grassy grounds of the four-and-one-half-acre property. The colorful buildings,
painted shades of lime green, aqua blue, and yellow are accented with lavender
trim and thick balustrade railings. Each cottage houses two one-bedroom units
with individual parking spaces in the back and shaded terraces in the front. The rooms all share the same 750-square-foot footprint,
decor, and furnishings, differing only in their views. Superior Poolside Suites
are located close to the pool while the Superior Garden Suites are set among
grassy, quieter, areas away from the pool.The spacious suites feature terra-cotta tile floors, tall
ceilings, ceiling fans in the living spaces, and wall air-conditioning units in
the bedrooms. Woven rattan style furniture is cohesive throughout the space
with curvy backed sofas and matching chairs in the living area designed to coordinate with four-top dining tables and the stock bedroom furniture, which includes
vanity tables, bedside tables, and a long headboards. The bedrooms feature
either one king or two twin-size beds finished with shiny green motel-quality bedspreads, decorative orange accent pillows, and blue bed skirts. One child under 12 can share a room with parents free, but older children incur an additional fee. Coordinating
decor includes still-life paintings of bright orange flowers and drab window treatments
with orange and beige stripes. The bedrooms also feature a wall of closets with
wood shelving, safes, and iron and ironing boards. The bathrooms are finished
in basic white tiles with single corner vanity sinks, and long stall showers with
plastic shower curtains. In many of the bathrooms, the tiles showed signs of
wear and tear and the grout appeared dirty.The kitchens are one of the most desirable features for
guests of the hotel. Finished from floor to ceiling in white, including white
tile floors, cabinetry, and countertops, the compact, square spaces feature four-burner
electric stoves, small refrigerators, microwaves, and all of the necessary
equipment to prepare meals -- but there are oddly no coffeemakers. The outdoor terraces are large and private, but they lack adequate furnishings needed for a family to relax and lounge. In some cases, the furniture, which includes two chairs and a table, showed visible signs of wear with holes marking the woven material.

located close to the lobby and pool area. A small fitness center offers a few
cardio machines and free weights while the business center offers a computer and a library of paperback books.
The hotel's restaurant, Asian Spice, serves a variety of
authentic Mughlai dishes incorporating spices from India and locally sourced
halal meats and vegetables. Dining tables are located beneath an open-air
terrace overlooking the pool. The inviting space is finished with colorful
glass chandeliers, thick tied-back curtains, and tables set with white
tablecloths and small decorative lanterns. Adjacent to the restaurant is a bar and
lounge styled with Indian accents and decor.
