They feature a mostly gray and white color scheme, streamlined furniture, light laminate wood accent walls, and plush white bedding with either brown or purple accents. Decor is minimal, aside from the modern artwork that hangs in each room; the Junior Suite has more unique features like a colorful mosaic piece and fake iris plants placed throughout.The bathrooms are similarly spacious, each with a walk-in shower, bidet and separate bathtub. Bathrobes and toiletries are also included.The guest rooms also include high-tech features such as 55-inch flat-screen TVs, stereo and sound systems, and a video check-out. Some features are geared toward the business traveler, like the built-in desk, free Wi-Fi, and electrical outlets with adapters and power converters available.All rooms have a coffee/tea maker and stocked minibar.

The White Wellness spa, its pool and fitness center were renovated in October 2014. It houses a sauna, hammam, whirlpool and several treatment rooms. The El Mall Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and serves Mediterranean food in its elegant space that has gorgeous brick vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and terra-cotta stone flooring. The lounge bar is a chic space with charcoal chairs around bright purple tables and flower-etched glass acting as partitions; its prominent feature is the sleek black piano in the center where live music is played.There are 12 meeting spaces that range from a 10-person to 1000-person capacity (the latter being the Salon Verdi). A business center with eight Apple desktops and printing capabilities is available for guests.There's ample parking but for a daily fee.
