The indoor pool area has large windows that look out on snow-covered pine trees in winter, and the hot tub is especially popular with active guests after a day of skiing.

Grandfather Mountain, the tallest mountain in the Blue Ridge Mountains, is around a half-hour drive from the hotel, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is less than 15 minutes away.
