  • Daily fee for Wi-Fi
  • Some may feel it lacks "wow" factor, particularly the dated exterior
  • Balcony furniture isn't high-quality
  • Some complaints of subpar poolside and beachside service
  • 10-minute drive south of the main Palm Beach action

Bottom Line

The Four Seasons Resort is located on a relatively quiet stretch of sand about a 10-minute drive south of the area's main attractions. The 210 rooms are decorated in sophisticated beach style, with a blue, white and cream color scheme, and have private balconies. There are thoughtful amenities for families; the chic spa is a high point; and guests can expect extra touches like water spritzes and sunscreen at the (smallish) ocean-view pool. But some may feel the property isn't quite up to the usual Four Seasons standard: The building exterior is short on curb appeal, rooms lack "wow" factor, and some have complained that poolside and beachside service could be better.

A 10-minute drive south of the main Palm Beach action, but directly on the beach

The Four Seasons is directly on the beach, but except for a few notable restaurants, there's not much immediately nearby; it's about a 10-minute drive south from the main Palm Beach attractions.

Palm Beach is an enclave of the uber-rich, known for it's high-end shops, upscale restaurants, and pristine beaches.

  • 17-minute drive to Palm Beach International Airport
  • 10-minute drive to the Norton Museum of Art
  • 10-minute drive to Worth Avenue shopping
  • 10-minute drive to City Place's restaurants and shops
  • 12-minute drive to Henry Morrison Flagler Museum, Flagler's 73-room mansion
  • 12-minute drive to Palm Beach Zoo
  • 13-minute drive to the Kravis Center for Performing Arts
  • 15-minute drive to Atlantis Golf Club, a private club where guests of the hotel can play
  • 15-minute drive to Clematis Street, where Palm Beach's limited nightlife happens
