Bottom Line
This petite 28-room boutique in Belltown was the first hotel of the hipster-friendly Ace Hotels mini-chain, and it was designed with young, hip budget travelers in mind. The owner deliberately filled the hotel with flea market finds, and rooms are spare and bohemian, with wool blankets, vintage or repurposed furniture, and quirky details such as Andre the Giant artwork. There are two room types: Standard Rooms, which have shared bathrooms, and Deluxe Rooms, which have private bathrooms and air conditioners. Belltown, which was edgy and up-and-coming when the hotel first opened, is now one of Seattle's hottest neighborhoods, with a thriving restaurant and bar scene. Popular attractions such as Pike Place Market and the Space Needle are within walking distance.
