STAY Copenhagen

Scene

Stylish but cozy apartment hotel on the harbor

Located near the Convention Center, the starkly stylish Stay Copenhagen is suited to business travelers but gets a fair share of leisure travelers too. Sleek and minimalist, the lobby area and breakfast room still manage to feel cozy -- likely due in part to the low-flung ceilings covered with playful stencil-style drawings, touches of color in the couch pillows, and the installation art. The breakfast restaurant is homey, with a fireplace and large wooden tables that look as if they were plucked from a farmhouse kitchen that complement the hotel's industrial-style furniture. The gorgeous rooftop terrace has become a popular spot to host evening events.
