The reception area and other public spaces are decorated in a contemporary style with classical accents, a look that's repeated in the rooms. In the reception area, fuchsia and gray wallpaper in a massive damask print, boxy leather sofas, and huge drum pendant lights give a fashion-forward look. The hallways and public areas are furnished with contrasting classical trappings, such as gilded mirrors, Louis XV-style furniture, oil paintings, and chandeliers. While the mix of styles creates a boutique ambience, the hotel can feel loud or overdone at times. The property's location in the historic center makes it a natural draw for tourists, especially couples, friends, and families.

Friday Hotel Prague is located in the city's historic center, on a pedestrian shopping street that does not allow cars. Neighboring buildings house luxury boutiques and shops, and many of the city's sights are within walking distance from the hotel. Friday Hotel Prague's 43 rooms and suites are generously spacious with high ceilings, decorated in the same eclectic mix of contemporary and classic that's seen in the hotel's public spaces. Each guest room and suite combines a different color scheme of soft pinks and ivory, complementary beiges and browns, bold blues and grays with gold accents, or contrasting black, purple and gray color tones. All rooms have accent walls of richly patterned wallpaper and plush carpeting. Furniture is a blend of sleek and contemporary (chrome-legged Barcelona chairs) and ornate Louis XV-style (curved, tufted headboards). All rooms include air-conditioning, small flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, minibars, and safes. Bathrooms are fitted with large whirlpool bathtubs or spacious shower stalls, and come with toiletries, hairdryers, and magnifying mirrors. Superior Rooms have little extras like bathrobes and slippers. One of the Standard Double Rooms has a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street below. Street-facing rooms can pick up ambient noise from the outside, and some guests have complained about inadequate soundproofing between rooms as well.

As a small, boutique-style property, Friday Hotel Prague doesn't have the facilities of larger hotels but serves a buffet breakfast each morning in the dining room. The breakfast scores with guests for its variety and quality, offering a wide spread of hot and cold dishes, including various breads, cereals, pancakes, eggs, sausages, cheese, cold cuts, cut vegetables, and fruit. Free coffee and tea are also available in the dining room throughout the day.
