Will and Kate have come to America! The couple arrived in New York City Sunday night, and they've chosen to stay at the iconic Carlyle hotel during their visit, once a favorite of Princess Diana. It's just as popular with American royalty -- U.S. presidents and countless celebrities have stayed here. And no wonder -- not only is the hotel gorgeous, it's famed for its discretion (photography isn't even allowed in the restaurants when people are present). It's been the site of plenty of scandals and intrigues, and JFK and Marilyn once even trusted the hotel with the secret of their affair.
