Best Party Hotels in Pattaya, Chonburi Province

A full-service spa, endless kid-friendly activities, and a beach just across the road all make this a fine pick, but the hotel's surroundings in downtown Pattaya can feel a little lurid at night. Those who aren't timid, though, will find lots of restaurants and bars nearby, meaning the sub-par food at the hotel can be sidestepped. Those wanting something a little less hectic might prefer similarly-priced Rabbit Resort nearby, which has a more intimate vibe.

The 152-room, upper-middle-range Centara Pattaya Hotel has a central location, set a six-minute walk from the beach and close to shopping and diningoptions. Rooms are modern and minimalist, equipped with furnished outdoor spaces, minibars, and flat-screen TVs. Families traveling with children can choose from a family studio with bunkbeds or a two-bedroom suite. Aside from the outdoor pool, though, there aren’t any activities for kids. There are lots of solo travelers and groups of friends here, attracted to the hotel’s guest-friendly policy and affordable rates. The hotel has a modern gym and there's a spa at their sister property next door. Families may prefer the more kid-friendly Amari Garden Pattaya.

Those who don't need to be in the thick of the action might like Le Viman Resort instead, offering tranquil grounds and a full-service spa.

The restaurant serves international cuisine and an American breakfast buffet for a fee, plus alcoholic beverages and fresh coffee at the bar. The 53-room Bella Express is a mid-range hotel in central Pattaya, situated about a seven-minute walk from the beach and 10-minute drive from Walking Street. The colorful hotel is outfitted with simplistic, modern furnishings in every shade of the rainbow, giving it a cheerful vibe. Air-conditioned rooms have mini-fridges, hairdryers, and safes, but some are showing age and have old tube-style TVs. The rather large outdoor pool and elegant spa are standouts, and there are also a fitness room and sauna overlooking the area. The mostly well-reviewed restaurant serves international cuisine with an emphasis on Indian cuisine and there's poolside drink service. The similarly priced Page 10 Hotel has more inviting, contemporary rooms, though it lacks a full spa. 

The budget Beverly Plaza Hotel has a convenient location near Pattaya Beach and Walking Street, but interiors are worn and dated. The 190 rooms are air-conditioned and spacious with minibars, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and TVs, but they lack balconies and Wi-Fi requires a fee. There's an outdoor lap pool with an adjacent Beer Garden, as well as two restaurants serving Chinese and Indian fare. There's no gym, but in-room Thai massages can be arranged. The area has several other affordable options that offer a better value, one being the better-maintained Grand Hotel Pattaya; some rooms have views of the sea, but it doesn't have a pool.
