Attractions that are a 10-minute drive away include the lavish Biltmore Estate and historic Biltmore Village, North Carolina Arboretum, and downtown Asheville. The scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Grove Park Inn, and UNC Asheville are all about 15 minutes away, and Asheville Regional Airport is about 20 minutes from the hotel. For excellent hiking and nature trails, Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance at Cherokee is just over an hour away by car.

Brown patterned carpets cover the floors and all rooms have desks with plush leather business chairs. Each room has air-conditioning, a microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, 40-inch flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Suites have a bedroom with a king or two queen beds and a separate living area with a sofa bed. Some suites have a two-person hot tub in the bathroom, though in some cases the hot tub is right in the living area. Bathrooms are spacious and standard, with tiled floors and large granite vanities plus shower/tub combos in most rooms. Toiletries are provided.
