Situated on 113 acres of countryside outside a tiny village in western Connecticut, the estate is quiet, relaxing and secluded. There is a pretty lake a few minutes northwest of the property, and Litchfield Country Club is an easy drive away, too. Bigger towns such as Waterbury and Torrington are just 20 minutes away, and there are several state parks nearby. But most guests who stay here are looking for seclusion. Outdoors activities such as hiking, sailing and golfing are all available in the region.
